If you choose to stop using the system, we will manage your data in accordance with your service agreement or contract. Our approach ensures transparency, security, and privacy:

    Before deactivation, you may export all system data in Excel, CSV, or PDF format for your own records.

  • Data Deletion:
    Upon written confirmation, we will permanently delete all associated data from our system within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Data Backup (Optional):
    If requested, we can provide a final backup of your data prior to deletion, for your long-term archiving or compliance needs.

  • Privacy Protection:
    All data removal processes adhere to strict security protocols to prevent leaks, unauthorized access, or misuse — ensuring the privacy of your institution, staff, and families.
